Our Rental Options

Classrooms/ Conference Room

RENTAL PROCESS:

  • Check the Calendar Below for your date; make sure our space is available.

  • Review the Rental Fees HERE.

  • Review the Facility Use Policy & Rental Agreement HERE.

  • If you agree to the above and the space is available, Complete this FORM.

Fellowship Hall

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • No rentals are allowed on Saturdays before 4:30pm, nor Sundays before 2:00 p.m.

  • Rentals must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • Payment for rentals can be made via cash or check only and must be paid before your event can take place. If your check has not cleared by the time of your event then FMC has the right to cancel your event.

  • We hold the right to terminate any and all future events for anyone who violates the terms of the FMC Rental Policies agreement.
